1. Keep away from heat sources: Kitchen Refrigeration Equipment should be placed far away from heat sources and not exposed to direct sunlight. Because it needs to exchange heat with the outside world during work, it will dissipate heat to the outside world through the condenser. The higher the external environment temperature, the slower the heat dissipation, the longer the working time of refrigerators and freezers, the increase of power consumption, and the poorer cooling effect.
2. It should be placed in a place with low humidity: since display cabinets, refrigerated cabinet shells, condensers and compressors are all metal materials, if the air humidity is too high, these parts will rust and shorten the service life of the freezer. Humid and overheated environments will cause condensation on the surface of refrigerators or refrigerated display cabinets and affect the performance of electrical appliances. Special attention should be paid in the environment of commercial kitchens.
3. Kitchen Refrigeration Equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated place: if the refrigerator or freezer is filled with debris, or if it is too close to the wall, it is not good for heat dissipation and will affect the cooling effect. There should be a space of at least 30cm on the top surface of the commercial freezer, and a space of at least 10cm on the back and both sides to facilitate heat dissipation.
4. Kitchen Refrigeration Equipment should be placed on a flat and solid ground: and keep the freezer compressor level. This is not only for safety reasons, but also makes the compressor work smoothly, reducing vibration and noise.
5. Be careful not to put the hot food that has not been cooled in the freezer; and do not put the food with too much moisture directly into the freezer. It should be drained and put into a plastic fresh-keeping bag so as not to evaporate and thicken the frost layer, affect the cooling effect and increase power consumption; Finally, pay attention to minimize the number and time of opening the door, and do not repeat the opening and closing and stay for too long.
6. Pay attention to the storage volume of the freezer, do not fill the freezer full, generally not more than 80%, otherwise it will affect the air convection in the cabinet, cause heat dissipation difficulties, affect the preservation effect, and increase power consumption.
