The equipment in designed with ample space for food storage and preparation, including food pan containers to hold a large assortment of food and toppings . The foam insulated top pan cover promotes and maintains a consistent temperature. The digital control allows you to select the desired interior temperature.The auto-defrosting assists to lower energy cost and colder temperatures. The equipment includes a cutting board and locking casters for mobility. Mega Top models hold an additional row of containers for extra storage.
